The municipality of Bochum is the sixth largest city in North Rhine-Westphalia and the second largest city in Westphalia. It employs around 6000 people and uses body-cams in its municipal law enforcement service.

To reduce the number of assaults on employees and to protect them, as well as to ensure safety and order for Bochums citizens.
Feedback:
Due to the increasing number of assaults on employees in their operations, the Bochum city administration is using 15 NetCo body-cams to prevent potentially dangerous situations and protect the health of its employees. They have been specially trained to react in the best possible way in these situations.
As a result, they are hoping that the number of assaults will drop towards zero and that hostility towards municipal law enforcement officers will stop. Furthermore, incidents can be documented and handed over to the public prosecutor’s office as evidence.
